New bullets and tunes

I've been meaning to add elemental bullets with different effects for a while, but it's finally here!

There are three bullet types:

• Fire
  • Causes damage over time
• Ice
  • Causes slow effect
• Normal
  • Has a critical hit chance

Also, there is now title screen music! Hooray!
